Wow almost a 34" waist? OMG Winston...that's awesome! We just went shopping for Ed and I think after a loss of another 15 lbs he'll be in a 36's! What is your goal weight?

Hey that's great progress. Fitting in smaller sizes is so exciting.
Glad to see you're still getting people to start the protocol. I have helped a couple of people now, and it's great, but I have a hard time when they don't do well. I kind of take it personally and feel like I'm responsible or something. I'll need to figure out a way to deal with that feeling...
