Well after being quite annoyed about not losing an ounce for 2 days my body finally followed the protocol and dropped 1.5lbs. I was so frustrated that I had no desire to post the result yesterday. I am quite relieved of the recovery and will be able to take the next 0 loss in stride. I must thank all the folks on the HCG Yahoo groups for their response to my unsatisfaction and support. One poster hit it on the head when she said I would drop 1.5lbs. Well I will continue to forge ahead and stick it to the T.
