I have to vent....
I am not a happy camper this morning. I did not lose an ounce overnight. Not sure what happened but I will go to eating baked fish and spinach for the rest of the protocol if this happens again. lol. I know I am overreacting and should be thrilled with 14 but 16 would be better.
I took my shot this morning and feel like things will be back on track today.
